  • Messages are not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Text messaging should NOT be used for emergency communications
  • We cannot guarantee message delivery due to carrier or technical issues
  • Do not send sensitive medical information via text message

Our SMS program is designed to work with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, service availability may vary by carrier and location.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
